Manjyot Bansal founded The Young Womenpreneur Toronto in June of 2019. She is an 18 year old, first year student at McMaster University enrolled in the DeGroote School of Business. Manjyot went to Turner Fenton Secondary School, while she was in the IB Program. 

 

She is passionate for women empowerment, creating opportunities and leading. Manjyot is also an experienced entrepreneur and hopes to share her knowledge, connections and background to support young women considering business as a background or career.

When I attended networking events, conferences and forums I'd always see a lack of female representation, whether it be in the amount of female delegates attending events or the amount of successful women put on the stage to share their stories.
